Raspberry Fields Therapy Ponies

We don’t offer a variety of ‘set’ packages as each and every visit we do is tailored specifically to your requirements. For example:

Typically, a visit to a care home from one of our ponies generally lasts for around an hour. During this time our pony will meet the staff and the residents, this can be either outside or in a communal area indoors. Our pony can then do bedside visits for any of the residents who are unable to come out of their rooms.

Our visits to schools vary in length and can include individual one to one time for the pupils to spend with our pony (this is of great therapeutic benefit to children with autism), small group sessions, whole classroom visits and garden visits. Did you know our ponies love to listen to the children read? This is particularly beneficial for children who are less confident reading aloud or are struggling to read. There are many ways a pony visit can be incorporated into learning time at school.
